Meet Dr Theo Stefan Botha

Dr Theo Stefan Botha is the founder and principal dentist of TSB Dental and Facial Aesthetics, located in the heart of Cape Town’s CBD. He obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Western Cape (UWC) and has since pursued advanced training to offer his patients a mix of advanced dentistry and facial aesthetic treatments.

His qualifications include a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM), as well as additional certifications in minor oral surgery, implant restorations, and Basic Life Support. This combination of skills enables Dr Botha, a dentist in Cape Town, to deliver care that is clinically precise and also aesthetically refined, helping patients achieve confident smiles and natural, harmonious facial results.

Inspired by the transformative impact of dentistry, Dr Botha entered the profession seeking a dynamic, hands-on career in healthcare. Over time, his passion grew from the joy of solving clinical challenges to the reward of seeing the life-changing effects of his work on patients’ confidence and wellbeing.

Outside of being a Cape Town dentist, Dr Botha is an avid follower of English football, enjoys scenic drives along the Cape coastline, values time spent with his family, including his two much-loved dogs, and is dedicated to maintaining an active lifestyle through regular gym training. He is also interested in technology and gaming, which is reflected in his enthusiasm for integrating the latest innovations into his clinical practice.
